Fitness, Food, Lifestyle & Accountability Challenge

Life is about letting go and trying something new.

 
 

This Challenge will start September 2023

Nutrition-The challenge will offer you three pathways to choose from.

Activate- a GREAT start if your diet needs a lot of fine tuning and you want a little more leniency. It will still allow for a health kick and gains without the strict restrictions.

Habitual- This is a more sustainable long term healthy option. You may want to start at Activate and move to Habitual half way through the program. This has a more strict adherence to dietary goals.

Attainment-This is the highest level of performance dietary programming. This levels for someone looking for a full detox or someone who already has a clean diet and is looking to improve it.

 
 

Fitness

We are suggesting you workout 3+ days a week in the gym. Anything you do outside of the gym and any extra fitness or yoga classes you do at Storm or the Hotbox will accelerate your January goals.

Accountability

We are working as a team. We have a Facebook group and all members will be able to post ideas, meals and support. You are more than welcome to just take the ideas and not post.

We will have a chart on the gym where you will be able to post your weeks success. 0-5 point will allow for a STAR and over 5 will be a try again.

Lifestyle

Each week, a different goal (or two) will be suggested. You can try each one but they are simply suggested.

Stretching and Mobility

We are suggesting you start with 5 minutes. FIVE. You can do that. We are going to build up to 10 min a day. If you do yoga that counts as your stretching on that particular day.

Points

You can work as a team or individual. Great team names are encouraged. You will be given 5 points per person. If week one is three workouts and you do 2 you have lost a point. If you can only make 2 due to life, kids and work that’s ok, you have 4 more points to still get your star! Did you drink enough water, did you stretch, how was your diet? Did you make a couple of week one mistakes? That’s ok you have up to 5 “oops” If your working as a team, your total mistakes will be noted on the board.
