Welcome to the Gym.

Our job is to get you a strong physical body and mental state. Here is how we will work as a team to get you FIT.

Variety. We offer a ton of different classes that will work together to add flexibility, strength, cardio and core. Combining Storm & The Hotbox is the ideal compliment of endurance and strength.

To take advantage of the classes ensure you have the right equipment. Please bring indoor runners if you are taking a spin class. If you are taking a fitness or yoga class make sure you bring a mat and a smile. We have mats to rent for $4.

Safety Precautions

• Please sanitize your hands

• We have outfitted the gym with all hands free garbage cans, bottle station, hand dryers, linen baskets and sign in process. We have 11 sanitizing stations.

• Private cubicles for personal belongings

• Do you have any of the following symptoms: fever, chills cough, shortness of breathe, sore throat and painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue or loss of appetite? If you answer yes please stay home for the sake of the other patrons and so your body can rest and heal. We want to see you in fine form SOON.

Distancing

Arrows will direct you around the gym. Quadrants range from 8* 8 to 10 * 12 space.

Each “quadrant” is fully furnished. They will have dumbbells, kettlebells, Foam rollers, ab mat, mat, bars and skip ropes.

Nothing is shared, ever. No movement is required everything is in your station.

Cancellation Protocol

Friendly reminder that the cancellation policy is 8 hours prior to class commencement. A late cancel/ no show will result in a $15 fine.

Clean Air and Facility

We have two Hvac units running inside the building and one directly in the hotbox. You will hear them running at the end of class in the Hotbox. This is to take out all the hot air and replace it with new fresh air. You will see we go from 37 degrees to 23 in about 2 minutes. Nice FRESH start for the next class.

An additional two ground air purifier systems are operating within the building.. One in Storm & the other inside the Hotbox.

Masks are optional based on your comfort in all common areas.
